Sales tax is charged for customers located in Arizona (this will be added to the order).
When you purchase an item, and the payment has cleared, I will ship it out in 5-7 business days (unless noted otherwise). Once the order is shipped, Etsy will automatically send you notice and provide you with a tracking number.

Due to the nature of the items, we take extreme care in packaging the items. Mobiles are placed upon a sheet of cardboard for stability and surrounded several times in bubble wrap. All items are packaged tightly so that there will be minimal movement in shipping (this avoids tangles).
We are not responsible if the address you provide is the wrong shipping address. Items will be shipped to the address noted in your Etsy account.
We are also not responsible for the time that it takes in shipping; your item will be sent out in a timely manner, but once it leaves our hands, we are not responsible for the time it takes the postal system to deliver it to you. Of the 1000+ items sold, only a dozen have had any issues with shipping. USPS says that only Express is guaranteed. I advise that you order in a timely manner to avoid frustration in shipping delays.
NOTE: If you would like the item to be gift-wrapped, you can purchase that listing and I am happy to make it look beautiful for you!

We aim for your complete satisfaction. If the order doesn't meet your expectations, please let us know within 3 days of delivery. We will do our best to resolve the problem quickly. Refunds and exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Custom orders cannot be returned unless there is a mistake on our behalf. We are not responsible for items that are ordered incorrectly.
We are not responsible for refunding the shipping charges.
